Can I be completely cheesy and say my favourite Christmas album is one recorded by my daughter's school about 7 years ago? Each class sang a carol, and the shaky, off-key voices are so lovely...an album I can sing along to!

Oh how I love that tunic, especially in green. My favorite Christmas song is "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" when my dad sings it. His cheer is contagious even if his Christmas singing will never hit the big time (or anything outside of our house!). It's so wonderful to be with them in the US this year (just moved to Germany recently, so don't disqualify me, please - I'm HERE!)

There's 2- One song is my 4 yr old singing "I want a hippopotamus for Christmas", and the second is Silent Night, and it can be sung by anyone as long as they just sing the traditional one w/ no ad-libbing etc.

I love Dean Martin's version of Baby It's Cold Outside, Frank Sinatra's version of The Christmas Waltz, Nat King Cole singing The Christmas Song, Bing Crosby singing White Christmas (one of the BEST movies ever!) and Harry Connick's version of What are You Doing New Year's Eve.

But if I have to pick singing, I would say "All I want for Christmas is You" but not by Mariah, rather the AMAZING little girl in Love Actually (she's really singing for the movie!!).
